This one-story Arizona vacation rental is a 4,500-square-foot beauty and is nestled in the heart of Carefree, the Phoenix area’s most picturesque town. You’ll find close to a dozen award-winning golf courses only minutes from the estate, along with numerous five-star restaurants and luxury retail shops.

Scenic Interstate 17—the gateway to Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon—is less than a 15 minute drive. Closer to home, Bartlett Lake (30 minutes), Lake Pleasant (45 minutes), and Saguaro Lake (60 minutes), offer something for every taste. Spend the day wakeboarding and jet skiing, or heighten the romance with a sunset dinner cruise.

While Serene Carefree Oasis is centrally located, once here, you’ll feel like you have the desert all to yourself. Palms, cacti, and acacias border the estate, and the virtually untouched natural landscape stretches in all directions. As you might imagine, the sunsets here are truly mesmerizing, with brilliant hues you’ll see only in the desert.

We couldn’t help but showcase all this natural beauty when designing our little piece of paradise. That’s why you’ll enjoy panoramic views from the pool and every room in the house. But for the most awe-inspiring photo op, nothing surpasses the 360-degree view from the rooftop deck, especially when you have a salt-rimmed margarita in hand and your loved one beside you… or your golf buddy?

Too hot to relax on the roof? Slip into the villa’s saline pool for a refreshing break from the heat. The pool can be heated during cooler months.

As night falls, gather in one or all of the 5 spacious glass, stone, & wood indoor & outdoor dining areas for a home-cooked meal. Not in the mood to cook?  Let us refer to you one of our wonderful chefs.  The outdoor dining area is separated from the inside by enormous retractable glass walls to create a versatile indoor-outdoor ambiance that rivals any resort in the area.

The indoor kitchen is a masterpiece of design and functionality. It boasts two Thermador convection ovens, a six-burner Viking gas stovetop, and an oversized refrigerator and freezer. All of the appliances are stainless steel, which contrast nicely with the ultramodern natural stone and cement countertops.

Prefer to grill?  You’ll feel like a pro with the Wolf stainless steel gas grill. The adjacent sink and icebox make prep and cleanup a breeze.

After a leisurely dinner, move indoors for a relaxing movie night. The main living area, which we call “the great room,” has a full entertainment system, a four-sided gas fireplace, and plenty of room for each couple to get cozy. Alternately, each of the four master suites has its own high def flat screen TV, DVD player and premium satellite TV throughout the house including the kitchen.

Everything at Serene Carefree Desert Oasis will surpass your expectations, including the supremely indulgent master suites. Three are located within the main villa itself, while the fourth is only steps away in the equally luxurious guesthouse, which has its own great room and spectacular spa like bathroom.

If you’ve rented a vacation home in the past, you know that the biggest challenge is figuring out who gets what room. Groups of eight or less won’t have that problem. While each of the master en suites has its own unique style, where you will find a king, two queens, two singles, private sitting areas, full entertainment system, private bathroom and a luscious view.
