Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by enormous oak trees and 1 block from the creek where you can take an afternoon stroll or watch the kids explore and use their imaginations. Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes and boutique shopping right in your own backyard.

The large front porch is ideal for sipping a mint julep while gathering with friends and family. Take the time to relax with a good novel as the fresh air leads you on an escape from your busy lifestyle.

Charming period architecture and hardwood floors with all the amenities you’d need while on vacation. Modern amenities include high-def flat screen TV’s in all rooms, DVD Players & VCRs, premium satellite TV, and of course high-speed, secure Wi-Fi for those of us who just can’t live off the grid. This cozy cottage has 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, and an additional daybed with trundle privately off the master bedroom. Separate from the main house is the game room sleeping studio with a futon that accommodates two additional guests and stocked with games for both young and old. This home sleeps 8 guests in beds and can sleep a total of 10 with the use of our 2 plush sofas in the family room (sofas do not pull out) or 12 guests with the use of our 2 high-profile air mattresses. Very typical of the period this home has 1 bathroom and a wonderful one at that… Claw foot bathtub with an over the top shower head also reminiscent of the 1920’s with plenty of plush spa like bath sheets and a cozy gas fireplace with a flick of the switch and no mess to clean up – perfect for creating a calming getaway from the stress of day-to-day life.

Holiday meals are made easy with a fully stocked kitchen including all the utensils, cookware & gas barbecue for even the most discerning chef. Enjoy the comforts of home with luxurious linens, an abundance of pillows and comfy mattresses.

To help you ease into your vacation, upon arrival you will find a custom welcome letter packed full of advice on ”Everything Prescott.” Consider this list of recommendations to be your own personal concierge as we have compiled a comprehensive list of places such as local hot spots, pubs, family owned restaurants and cafes within a few minute walk. Past guests feel at home with our recommendations-After all, we live, work and raise our family right here in Prescott. It is our pleasure to share with you our favorite picnic spots, tours, lakes, boat rentals, fishing, horseback riding, etc…

As you venture out, don’t forget to take the picnic basket & blanket. We’ve left one there for you! Walk 5 minutes to the Courthouse Square for a relaxing picnic under the grand oak trees, check out the historical sights, read a book, or Guy’s favorite thing to do there…just snooze.
We also offer limited limo service for up to 6 of our guests.

Vacationing with young children is made easier as a highchair and pak n play are provided in the bedroom closets. Fully enclosed grassy front and back yard for your four legged friends to enjoy. You will also find a ping pong table, aka table tennis, and a Croguet Set in the back for those who just can’t sit still. Whatever your needs, we have you covered. No request is too big or too small. Hi there!We would like to introduce ourselves to our guests. My name is Guy Kobey and I am a 3rd generation Phoenician and my wife Dixie, is originally from what used to be a little Mayberry type town in Illinois called Naperville. We have been in the hospitality industry for many years and always wanted to have a bed & breakfast in the woods. Dixie, our 2 little girls, and myself are very proud of our wonderful Pinetop cabins called Kobey’s Cozy Cabin (Sleeps 8-12), Kobey’s Ski Lodge & Golf Retreat (Sleeps 28-32), Kobey’s Cozy Prescott Cottage (Sleeps 8-12), Cave Creek Spa House & Golf Retreat (Sleeps 19), Serene Carefree Oasis (Sleeps 8-12), and Paradise Valley Oasis (Sleeps 24-30) for you to enjoy.
