We have stayed at this quaint home several times before, and have always enjoyed it. Recent changes with great internet and satellite TVs have made it even better. Very close to downtown attractions and the Sharlot Hall Museum. Prescott is a great get-away. It was 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix. The home is very comfortable for such a historic home. We hope to be back soon.
We rented the Lodge for a fun weekend with friends and it was more beautiful then we could have dreamed! From the pool table room to the entertainment room every area was beautifully decorated and really made you feel at home. The kitchen is to die for…We spent a lot of time cooking and laughing it was absolutely perfect. This place is just amazing and Guy and Dixie pay attention to every detail. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend get away, we will be back!

Kobey’s Cozy Cabin is wonderful. Everything we needed was on site and the overall experience was second to none. We made extensive use of both the front and the side decks along with the hammocks and yard furniture in the backyard. The interior was perfect for our needs. Two bedrooms for the adults and a third for the kids complete with bunkbeds, toys and a tv. We spent most of our vacation at the cabin enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, grilling and playing games. We did take a day trip to a local lake in Show Low which was a fun afternoon outing.
Guy was great to work with. He sent along everything needed to secure the cabin via e-mail and the process was super easy and straight forward. I’d rent again from him in a heartbeat.The cabin and the gated community in which it resides was super quiet which really helped put the “relaxing” in our vacation. Overall 5 star experience. Would and most likely will, rent again next summer from Guy.
We really enjoyed the Cave Creek House. There was enough room to accommodate and sleep our group of 10 adults. We took full advantage of the outdoor entertaining area which included multiple seating areas for hanging out and lounging out of the sun. Super nice heated pool and very clean property overall.
We stayed 4 days at the cabin. This was one of the best vacations we have had in a long time. The cabin was stocked with everything you would need. Super comfortable beds and couches. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace and play games and drink hot cocoa. My kids found so many trails and ponds all with in 5 minutes. We fished. Went horseback riding. We will be coming back to this cabin in the future as we are excited to visit when it snows!!! Jilly
We stayed at the Cave Creek Spa House March 13-22. We own a travel agency and send clients all over the world. It is always a little nerve racking when you are planning a trip for your own family. Our children and family have been everywhere and commented on many occasions during our stay that this was the best accomodations we have ever experienced. Beautiful home with lots of room, fabulous pool, clean, fully equipped. Media including multiple tv’s and sound systems were excellent. Outstanding outdoor living area with both overhead heaters and fans. Fabulous cooking areas including tepenyaki grill for cooking large breakfasts.Cannot say enough about this property.
This house (and guest house) provided a great venue for a big family trip for our group that ranged in age from 12-81. See Heather83’s review as it is pretty comprehensive on what to expect in terms of amenities. We loved the pool and the patio and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen is great and very large with high end appliances. Rooms are comfortable and the property has some character to it with the guest house, fireplaces and rooms to have privacy if you want to read, relax or take a nap. Bring your own stuff like pool toys and remember that there are supplies in the guest house too (if you rent that) in case you run out of towels, dishwasher pods, wine glasses, etc in the main house. Guy was easy to work with and responsive to our questions — would rent again from him.
We stayed at the Paradise Valley Oasis for a week with extended family and loved it!
Location was perfect – within 10-15 minutes of anything you’d need, from gas, restaurants, shopping, attractions – in a gorgeous neighborhood.
The pool was perfect and where we spent the majority of our time. The house had plenty of room for people to spread out and entertain themselves (pool table, TVs, quiet places to curl up with a book) and the booking process was quick and easy.
All towels (bath and pool) and most paper products were included. They also have two high chairs and pack and plays for you to use – which was huge since we were traveling with a toddler.
We ate the majority of our meals at home, and after a stop at Costco (15 minutes away) we had plenty of room to fit everything in the huge refrigerator, freezer and pantry.
A few things to note:
• Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The master bedroom and bath are lovely, and on the main floor. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. The listing does not make it clear, but there are 4 bedrooms upstairs (1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Full and one large room with 3 Queen beds) and one full bath. Everyone did fine and rotated showering/getting ready and we are a pretty low key bunch – but that was the one thing they all commented on.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is awesome. Tons of storage, utensils, pots/pans, glassware, even chilled glasses in the freezer for beer. There are stoves, warming drawers, a phenomenal and huge griddle, and even a refrigerated drawer for herbs/produce. 18 friends since 4th grade celebrated our 50th Birthday out in AZ. We chose the home not only because 11 of us could stay there each with our own bed but also for the great location to hiking, golf and nightlife. House was perfect with a big patio and pool area to hang out in and around. Guy was easy to work with and very accommodating to some of our needs. House was in great shape and not “over the top” so you didn’t feel like you were walking on egg shells. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Guy.
Outstanding!! Everything was put together very nicely, from the moment we arrived to time we realized we had to get back to work. We had a group of 16 from the office – enjoying every aspect of the beautiful cabin. We spent the day at Sunrise, but honestly couldn’t wait to get back to the cabin! There wasn’t one detail that had been overlooked, we were all so very impressed with the cabin!! We can’t wait to go back!
My golf group (14) stayed this past week at Paradise Valley Oasis. Throughout all the years, this trip has been one of the best we have ever had. This was the first time renting a house for our yearly trip and we made an excellent decision. The property more than well accommodated everyone. We golfed all day and had great meals and camaraderie in the evenings. We will definitely use Guy on our next trip to the Scottsdale area. Thank you Guy for all of your help in making this trip superb and very memorable.
Wow so much effort putting into making this house functional and fun. We had such a good time playing in the snow and sitting around the fireplace. The game room is the perfect touch. Thank you Guy for putting in all that effort ti make the house great for any size group any time of year.

My husband and I travel to Pinetop 2-3 times per year for his work. Many times, we bring the children and the dog and make a mini-vacation out of the trips. Our children are ages 17, 16, 16, 13, and 9. I have to say, we have stayed in a lot of cabins and Kobey’s Cozy Cabin is our new favorite! We stayed for 3 nights and had a total of 8 people. The cabin was easy to find and when we drove up it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise. You can tell that Guy and Dixie have gone out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We did use one of the air mattresses which was high quality and easy to blow up and deflate. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy with plenty of seating. We went into town several times to shop at a few (of the many) antique shops. To top it off, it snowed all day the second day of our trip and the kids were so excited. It was a great trip! We will definitely stay there again 🙂
Great house. We spent a ton of time outdoors in the wonderful November sunshine. My son made us a delicious Teppanyaki breakfast most mornings, which was spectacular. The heat lamps in the tv viewing seating area made for a cozy evening hangout even after that desert chill had set in. An extra challenge was presented by the fact that the previous renters broke the door off the oven, but Guy and his team got it fixed as quickly as they could, delivered an extra crock pot, and offered an oil-less turkey fryer for Thanksgiving which wasn’t needed after all. The kitchen was well equipped, with lots of dishes and glasses. We worried about only having 2 showers for the group but it turned out not to be a problem. We had 1 year old twins along so we spent most of our time at the house, and all agreed that we would happily go back and probably explore the area a bit more than we did. We’ve rented a lot of houses over the years and have never had better service than we got here.
Guy did it again. Last year we stayed at one of his other properties and this year…the Bella Riviera blew our socks off!!! This place had it all and then some. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and more than enough space to accommodate our group size. The only drawback is the time it takes to get there to-and-from the airport and pro baseball fields. But once you arrive at the house, the amenities make you quickly forget how long it took to get there. There was also a major BONUS…the property manager was not only great at making sure our stay in the house was comfortable, but also her recommendations to local restaurants were all hits!!!
When definitely plan on staying in one of Guy’s properties again next year.

13 women stayed at this home for 3 nights and I did not hear a single negative comment! We all loved it. It was so much fun to gather in the beautiful kitchen and make meals together. We planned on going out for doe dinners but had so much fun and felt so comfortable in this home we ate all our meals here. The backyard was large enough for all of us to workout together! We were all very inspired and blessed by our 3 nights at your home. Thank you!!!
Our group of 7 guys stayed at serene desert oasis for a golf trip and could not be happier. The house is truly beautiful. Dealing with Guy was an absolute pleasure. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep very comfortably. The kitchen and outdoor grill is top of the line. If you are looking for a great place to stay that is in a very convenient location….look no further. We have rented many homes around the country and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back.
This house was exactly what we were looking for when planning a reunion for 20 guys. It was centrally located with perfect proximity to golf courses, bar scene/night life, restaurants/groceries and easy ride to and from the airport. The house is kept in pristine shape and offers all the amenities a group could ask for such as a surplus of kitchen supplies, tons of televisions, nice swimming pool and outdoor chairs, a pool table and just an all around comfortable feel. The owner could not have been more accomodating regarding the booking and check out process as well as anything we needed during our stay (although we didn’t need anything since we were so fully equipped). All instructions were properly laid out and the owner was very flexible with our check in and check out times. There was an ample amoun of towels and toiletries in every room and we were never lackig anything. I strongly recommend this place to anybody looking to plan a getaway to an amazing area. For the record, we went in August and the weather was not too hot at all and actually made for a nice time to visit Arizona as the town was not as crowded. I recommend visiting this area 12 months out of the year. We-Ko-Pa and Grayhawk were incredbile courses with professional staff for anybody looking to golf. 10/10 for the owner and staff!

We used this house for a small corporate retreat. It had enough bedrooms and beds to make it fun, yet functional. The property was beautiful and in great shape. The backyard patio is great for entertaining. There are 3 areas to cook, plenty of seating, outdoor fans, and plenty of area to lounge.

I worked with Guy to book this house for a guys golfing weekend. It was spectacular. The location is perfect — close to roads and shopping and all of Phoenix, but also tucked into the desert at the end of a quiet road. The house iteslf is equally great. The inside is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room and beds for eight guys. But it is the outside living space that truly sets this property apart. We played cards outside every night, watched sports in the outdoor living room, and grilled steaks on the massive grill. This is a great home, and Guy and Dixie were a pelasure to deal with. We hope to return next year, and the year after, and the year after, etc.

I jumped on it, but realized we would need a house big enough for the entire family. It isn’t always easy to find a suitable house. From the first time I saw the pictures I fell in love with this house. The owners have done an absolutely beautiful job! The house is warm, elegant (not in a stuffy way), comfortable and spacious. Every communication with the owners was pleasant and professional. It had everything we needed. While there, we had a few questions and they were very attentive. We have many friends in the area and it was a lovely spot to host. We used the amazing outdoor kitchen countless times. The guest house is perfect for the grandparents, giving them some space away from the hustle and bustle of kids. I have not hesitation at all in recommending this home and certainly hope we will frequent it again. We have stayed in the Scottsdale area several times before, but truly enjoyed being in Carefree for this trip. It is a much more relaxed setting, as all the street names reflect. Nonetheless, it is close enough to every amenity you need. From this home it was only a short drive to great hiking, shops, food, Sedona, Phoenix, etc. This is a vacation spot you will love and talk about for years! Enjoy! With only about 5 weeks lead time to organize the tournament, I was able to complete the task through the great service and assistance of Guy Kobey! This home in the Cave Creek area of North Scottsdale was beautiful, boasting all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Arizona. The house is situated just off a main highway with access to shopping and other convenient services just minutes away. This comfortable vacation home is located at the end of a quiet street in a peaceful Arizona desert setting. The group of 12 players that I represented were all very impressed with this choice and particularly enjoyed accessing two onsite hot tubs for relaxation after each of the 4 hockey games we played. Una cocina amplia, limpia, y muy bien equipada nos dio la oportunidad de convivir por largas horas en el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. Guy, el dueño es un anfitrión excelente, lo que nos prometió nos lo ha cumplido, y hasta aún más. Como anécdota, antes de la llegada, pregunté si la cocina contaba con una olla eléctrica, ya que en otras ocasiones, la hemos llevado nosotros y nos ayuda a preparar comida para muchos, sin muchas preocupaciones. Guy me dijo que no tenía una en casa, pero que no me preocupara, que llegando, tendría una nueva para que la estrenara, y así fue, desgraciadamente llevábamos la nuestra y no tuvimos necesidad de utilizar la nueva crockpot. Las instalaciones son de primera, todo funcionaba correctamente, en otras propiedades visitadas con anterioridad, algo siempre falla, no es el caso de esta casa, el mantenimiento se ve que es constante. Had a great time in Carefree for our regular golf getaway. The house is great. Plenty of sleeping spots, nicely furnished, and a great kitchen. The outdoor kitchen and pool were great for relaxing. Also enjoyed the surrounding areas of carefree/ cave creek.

This home was fantastic for a brief vacation and would be even better for a longer term stay. Ours was an off-season august rental, in advance of moving our daughter into aSU. Its proximity to the Phoenix airport, Scottsdale, and Tempe make it an ideal location for shopping, dining and recreation. We were traveling with teenagers and would recommend the property for adults and/or families with teens or older children. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area with the waterfalls and slide – the photos don’t do it justice. The privacy and 360 degree mountain views are amazing. Inside, we were particularly impressed with how beautifully the home is decorated. The kitchen, with its Subzero and Viking appliances, pantry, and laundry room, plus the expansive Master suite, with its to-die-for closet, walk-in shower and private patio with spa, made us wish we were staying longer. The house was clean and well-appointed. Simple conveniences, like a large tub of pool towels, were not overlooked. Being off season, we encountered a few minor maintenance issues but the owner/property manager was both accessible and responsive. We look forward to returning, perhaps with the extended family, at a time of year when we can take advantage of the outdoor area, which includes a fireplace, grill, and seating for 18.
For anyone looking for a very large home that will sleep 12 adults in separate beds in a beautiful home, very tastfully decorated with lots of elbow room, this is the place for you. The backyard was very large with private pool & spa, great flat screen tv to watch the game. The neighborhood was very upscale and very quiet, close to shopping and many good restaurants. If you are a golfer you will love the proximity to many of phoenix’s best golf courses, our favorite was The Phoenician challenging yet forgiving for all levels of play. The panarama from the house was quite stunning. Have a good time and don’t hesitate to rent this beauty.

Our group stayed for a week over spring training and it was exactly as advertised. Great house, very clean and in excellent shape, everything was exactly as described on the site and no issues with anything. Great location very near a supermarket and hiking trails and convenient for spring training games. We would definitely rent the house again.

Our family of eleven wanted someplace to stay where we could interact and also have our own space. We found this on the internet and upon arriving we were so pleased, the house was all that and more…beautifully decorated, family friendly and perfect for a large gathering. The kitchen area was our daily ritual to catch up on family memories, upcoming events…so much fun. Clean and perfectly located for a nice view of the desert and hills; well maintained. Grandchildren loved it. The PRIVATE HOT TUB in the backyard was used and the men watched football on the bigscreen which was perfectly located for everyone to see it. We were very impressed and it was very cost effective. We will use this home again when we come back to the Phoenix area.
We’d never rented such a large place before but since we had a larger than normal group [8 people] we wanted to be able to spread out a little. Great call! The house was huge…AND in a great neighborhood…AND close to everything we wanted/needed. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom was larger than my bedroom at home…the master bedroom was larger than my first house! The master bath was very large and well appointed with the steaming hot tub right outside with a nice privacy wall. The gourmet kitchen [complete with Sub Zero and Viking appliances offered everything a group of [self appointed] cooks could ask for. The back yard was so cool with views of the mountains and a perfect heated pool/waterfall/slide. To mention that the house was immaculately clean and that the communication with the owner was beyond expectations almost seems a given, but I know from experience that it is not to be taken for granted. Guy and Dixie have a well refined process for everything from rate quotes to move in to move out…and everything in between. It made for a most enjoyable visit to Paradise Valley with no surprises [except the good kind!] We will most certainly return. Bret
We as well as our guests where so amazed by the accommodations of this home. It is so beautiful and can nearly sleep an army! What a way to spend my husbands 40th. Guy gave us some great recomendations of places to eat and visit. There is great mt. biking, night clubbing, and restaurants all within min. of the house.
Four couples who love to travel together stayed at this beautiful home for a week. The rooms were all master suites each with it’s own luxuriously lovely bathroom and there was plenty of space to accommodate those who liked to watch TV (the men were glued to the televised Barrett-Jackson auction) and for those of us who wanted to relax and read. The location was GREAT – out of the main part of the city, yet very close to shopping, dining, and banking. The week we chose was chilly for Phoenix, we enjoyed the heated pool & sat by the beautiful 4 sided fireplace and enjoyed the views from EVERY angle. The home is beautifully appointed and it was a pleasure to return to after a full day of sightseeing. We would recommend this home to anyone who appreciates all the comforts of home. An amazing stay for our family! This home is outstanding and made for a wonderful stay in the Phoenix area. My husband and I stayed at this home for 10 days with our 5 young children (ages 10 and under) and had a fabulous time. The home is beautifully decorated and everything was clean and in perfect condition for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The home is located just a few minutes drive to downtown Cave Creek where we enjoyed the local restaurants, art shows, and hiking trails. It was also an easy drive to attractions in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Guy was very pleasant to deal with to book this home and was very responsive to our questions. Both the house and property were absolutely beautiful! All of the amenities were wonderful, and well kept. The jacuzzi was great! The home is absolutely beautiful and is complete with everything you could ask for. The running water and bbq on the back terrace provided a very relaxing evening atmosphere. The hot tub on the private back terrace added the finishing touch to a great day of golf. A very comfortable home and a wonderful vacation experience.
My family and friends spent 2 weeks at Kobey’s Cozy Desert Oasis over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is incredibly lush and inviting. We were greeted shortly after arrival by the owner, who graciously gave us a tour and provided general information and instructions. We enjoyed the great weather, fantastic golf, a huge Thanksgiving dinner in the formal dining room with invited relatives from the Phoenix area, and relaxed in the hot tub or enjoyed unlimited cable shows and movies almost every night. We highly recommend this vacation home, and hope to stay at another Kobey vacation home in the near future.
I loved this home! And it really is a home, not just a house to stay in on vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and even with as large as it is, it was very cozy. Location, Location, Location. My wife and I needed a week long vacation in a beautiful area with lots of sunshine. Kobey’s Cozy Desert Oasis was just the ticket. We enjoyed the location close enough to shopping (for my wife) restaurants (for me) and lots of hiking and walking around the neighborhood (for both of us). Beautiful house with everything you need and more for a restful vacation. I have recommended this resort oasis to many of our friends. My wife and I would return in a minute. Don’t pass this one up. Oh ya and the price is right – You can’t stay at a resort this nice this cheap!
We were a family of 9 including 5 kids. We stayed for 7 nights and had the time of our life! This home had everything. There was not one thing we needed that this home did not have. It is very comfortable and the pool area is amazing. We cooked at the house almost every day and ate out at the local restaurants in Cave Creek, Carefree, & Scottsdale. Our kids are still talking about this vacation!
This house was perfect for our crew of 8 golfers. Plenty of space for all. The home is nicely appointed with many amenities. The spa and high definition TVs were definite favorites! Great area, close to everything and many great courses. We will surely re-visit in the future! Thanks Guy for your hospitality!
This wonderful house exceeded our expectations and proved to be the perfect venue for our reunion. We are a group of 12 sorority sisters from Colorado who wanted to celebrate our 50th birthdays together. During our 4-day, 3 night weekend, we gathered often in the family room and by the front patio fireplace. We prepared several meals in the spacious kitchen and gathered together in the dining room to enjoy them. Several of us played tennis on the neighborhood courts and enjoyed sunning at the pool. The location provides easy access to a grocery store and Highway 17, so it was simple to shop and sightsee. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and only 3 queen beds had to be shared (amazing for a group of 12). We only ran into one maintenance issue all weekend and Guy (the owner) came to fix it that very day. In fact, he called us each day to be sure all was well in the house. He could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. I’d never rented a place through the internet before and was frankly, concerned that this could be too good to be true. Within 15 minutes in the house, we knew we’d made the right choice. I’d love to think of another excuse to use this great place. Thank you, Guy!
Our group stayed for a week over spring training and it was exactly as advertised. Great house, very clean and in excellent shape, everything was exactly as described on the site and no issues with anything. Great location very near a supermarket and hiking trails and convenient for spring training games. We would definitely rent the house again.

The mountain bikers( 6 of us) from Wisconsin stayed for a week in early March. We had great weather and rode and enjoyed the beatifull terrain in and around the Phoenix area. Kobey’s place was a great place to head out from, and then retreat back to. Always enjoyed the hottub after a hard day on the trails. The kitchen was top notch and enjoyed staying in and cooking some great feasts. Can’t wait till next spring when we can do it all over again. Thanks Kobey for the great accommodations. Steve Johnson
Location, Location, Location. My wife and I needed a week long vacation in a beautiful area with lots of sunshine. Kobey’s Cozy Desert Oasis was just the ticket. We enjoyed the location being north of the busy city, but close enough to shopping (for my wife)restruants (for me) and lots of hiking and walking around the neighborhood (for both of us). Beautiful house with everything you need and more for a restful vacation. I have recommended this resort oasis to many of our friends. My wife and I would return in a minute. Don’t pass this one up.
This house was totally amazing and well cared for. With a house that stature you can’t help but enjoy and take care of your surroundings. With 22 twin moms wanting to get away and enjoy we definitely had the right place picked for us. With that big a group we never felt like we were in each other’s way, this house is definitely a must for a big group. Thanks so much and the view was gorgeous too.
The Desert Oasis was a delight. I was one of the women with the Sorority reunion and so pleased with everything. Considering many of us had not seen one another in 28 years, the Desert Oasis offered us wonderful gathering spaces as well as plenty of private space if and when needed. We were pleased to find that groceries and necessities were just a short distance away. I would definitely recommend the “Desert Oasis” to others.

As a group of 12 men, we went to Phoenix for a few days of golfing and relaxation. Guy’s house was perfect for us. It was close to many of the finest courses in the area, and it had everything in the kitchen that we needed for creating some great dinners. The yard was ideal for relaxing in and having a few cool ones after the games. Guy was very easy to deal with, and delivered everything the way he said he would. We had a group of 11 Basketball fans that were there March 25 to 29, 2009 for the NCAA. WE have been going to different cities for a NCAA weekend for the past 5 or 6 years and staying in hotels. This is so much better! The house was great, allowing us to spend time with everyone or to go to the privacy of your own room. Guy was easy to work with and did everything he said he would. This vacation home was perfect for our family get-together. The backyard was perfect for our young children to run around in and the community pool and park also suited our needs perfectly. The house came with all the essentials. You can rest assured that in case of an emergency, your hosts will respond quickly and solve the problem. (I am referring to a hot water tank leak that was taken care of VERY quickly, THANK YOU!!!)
We had a great time with our extended family at Kobey’s Desert Oasis. The house is absolutely beautiful and the weather was fantastic. We spent many afternoons and evenings at the community pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the hot tub on site. We had 12 people in the house, and we were very comfortable. We hope to go again!
Wow! Fantastic! We get to stay here?! That describes the reactions from our grandchildren when we first walked into Kobeys Desert Oasis. The house was perfect for our family of 19 while visiting the Phoenix area over Easter 2008. The amenities from the “Green” backyard with a wonderful pool to the quiet front patio’s views were just what we needed for our getaway. We appreciated the personal touch that both Guy and Dixie showed us during our stay. If you have a large family or group we highly recommend you contact Guy for a stay at any of his Desert Oasis homes. Actually they are states!
Four generations of my family met at this property for a long weekend to celebrate my grandparent’s 60th anniversary. The house was spacious and well stocked for all of our needs – from crib and changing table to pool towels. We cooked or grilled all of our meals at the house. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great. Our favorite spot in the house was actually the back patio at night with the water feature and fireplace running. My grandparents had a wonderful weekend and can’t stop talking about our trip weeks later. Thanks for giving us all the weekend of a lifetime!
My family had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home back in February 2008. We were visiting the Phoenix area with my daughter’s gymnastic team. We shared this home with 5 other families. It was quite comfortable and all of its amenities were perfect for our group. It is also very conveniently located within Phoenix and surrounding area.
My daughter’s gymnastics team recently visited Phoenix for a meet, and we decided to rent a home instead of staying in a hotel. There were 6 families, and we were all pleasantly surprised at how much room we had & how beautifully decorated the house was. We would highly recommend one of Mr. Kobey’s homes to anyone visiting the Phoenix area!!!
My family and friends spent 2 weeks at Kobey’s Cozy Desert Oasis over the Thanksgiving holiday 2007. The home is incredibly lush and inviting. We were greeted shortly after arrival by the owner, who graciously gave us a tour and provided general information and instructions. We enjoyed the great weather, fantastic golf, a huge Thanksgiving dinner in the formal dining room with invited relatives from the Phoenix area, and relaxed in the hot tub or enjoyed unlimited cable shows and movies almost every night. We highly recommend this vacation home, and hope to stay at another Kobey vacation home in the near future.
My family and friends went to Arizona for my husbands graduation for his under-grad this past summer. We stayed at Kobey’s Cozy Desert Oasis and IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PERFECT. Gorgeous home, decorated beautifully, it met ALL our needs (at the time, our son was 17 months old so he was at the walking/climbing/exploring stage) They have everything baby-proof but it’s all custom and fits into the decor beautifully (unlike most things you buy to baby-proof a home). We did have to draw names to see who was going to get that WONDERFUL master suite and bathroom though! 🙂 I highly recommend this rental property. Mr. Kobey could not have been more nice and accommodating! I just wish he had property in North Carolina (which is where we are planning our next family vacation)!

We were a large group, and your spacious house allowed us to all gather in one area or break up into smaller groups as needed.
